If you are a business or personal account holder, Please ask highroute to provide you with your unique booking portal link. You can log in to the booking portal anytime to book, amend, cancel your journey.   

The booking confirmation is sent to the booker/ client or the passenger once both parties are agreed with the involvement as pre-agreement. this document will be sent via email. Booking confirmation contain all vital information of the hire.  

Yes, We are driving at any day, anytime, anywhere. We may unavailable for driving during extreme whether conditions or anytime when there is a safety concern.  

You must contact Highroute by an email or a phone call to inform any updates to the booking. If you cancel the booking during last 24 hours to the hire, we are unable to refund the payment.

We accept credit & debit cards provided by reputed & major banks. Payment can be done via payment links, over the phone and by bank transfers. 

Yes, Currently Highroute offer credit accounts only for business. any individual account holders will be offered with an accounts that can pay in advance.

Within 24 hours advance to the journey start time, Highroute send an email containing The name contact number of the chauffeur. In addition, there will be information of the vehicle and some important link to find out other instructions. and images. 

Passenger or client can decide to option in or out from receiving driver status update. We sent an email and automated text update to track the Chauffeur’s movement. Client will be updated each status of the chauffeur. When the chauffeur at pick up text arrives and that’s mean chauffeur is waiting at the agreed pick up location. You can directly contact the chauffeur by phone or contact the office if there will be an addition help required. 

Usually 10 to 15 minutes for home or business address. This can be different while we are operating at time restricted zones.    

Highroute has designated meet points for all airports or public locations. Client will be updated with all necessary information to find the meeting point. 

Yes, We have help to many of business and organizations during their conference, annual meetings and other events while large groups gather to travel from Airports, Hotels and conference center etc.   

The answer is ” Yes” . As long as the minimum fare is paid, we are offering our service for any shorter distances. 

Yes. Our service is LGBT friendly and follows the government quality act legislation. 

Unfortunately we do not have any vehicle designed have direct access. But there are vehicles can store a wheelchairs in the cargo space and we assist passengers to enter and exit to the vehicle from the wheelchair.
