How much does the Meet & Greet service cost?
Meet and greet service will be included into the fare. It is contain mostly the the car parking ticket fee at the airport. The cost of the Meet & Greet service vary depending on deferent airports parking charges. As an average it can be total £20 for an hour.

For all airport pick-ups, we kindly request a valid flight number. This allows us to monitor your flight status in real time, adjust for any delays or early arrivals, and ensure a smooth and timely Meet & Greet experience.

Should passengers inform us of a flight delay? No, it is not necessary to notify us of flight delays, as we track flights in real time. However, passengers are always welcome to share any updates related to their journey.

Flight Delays As we track your flight in real time, we are aware of any delays in advance. There will be no additional charges for driver waiting time or car park fees. Depending on the length of the delay, we will either keep the same driver on standby or reschedule another driver at no extra cost.

The initial journey fare includes the first hour of airport parking and driver waiting time. If passengers fail to meet the driver within one hour of the flight's landing time, an additional £20 waiting fee will apply, along with any extra parking charges.

In any event, If the delay extends the journey into unsociable hours outside of the originally agreed time an unsociable hours surcharge will also be added to the fare.

If a flight is cancelled at the last minute, the full fare will be charged (excluding the Meet & Greet fee), and a receipt will be issued.
